There are 2 methods in which to achieve a design on a whiteboard, and still retain the typical properties of a whiteboard.

Our advanced laser technology etches your logo or design directly into the durable vitreous enamel surface of the whiteboard, ensuring it becomes a permanent feature. This process allows for intricate details, with line thicknesses as fine as 0.40mm, ensuring that even the most complex logos or text are rendered beautifully.
Other businesses send their whiteboards away for engraving before delivering them to their customers. This drastically increases turnaround times and costs. Because we have a laser engraver on-site, we can delivery your customised whiteboard quickly and more cost-effectively. And we inspect every custom whiteboard in person before delivery, so you can rest assured that your engraved whiteboard will look exactly as you envisaged it.

Simply send us a PDF or SVG file of your logo or design, and we’ll take care of the rest, delivering a custom whiteboard that perfectly aligns with your vision and needs.
This process achieves a full colour print, and the design is printed onto white vinyl sheet, a laminate of dry erase film is applied over the top of the digital print, and this is then laminated to the whiteboard surface. The dry erase film turns the digital print back to a surface where whiteboard markers can be used and removed, but the surface has similar properties to that of the standard acrylic writing surface, so care must be taken when cleaning this surface.
It is best to laminate the digital print onto acrylic whiteboard surface, as it is cheaper.

Another great communication tool used throughout Schools, Universities, and offices alike, is a Pinboard. Whiteboards R Us offer a large range of colours that are laminated to a polyester inner core, that are Velcro receptive and pin-able. They are available in different formats, Framed (Standard Frame, Slim Line Framed) Wrapped.
